Axis and Khidmah Donate Millions of Liters of Water
Axis Inspection Contracting JSC. and Khidmah Industrial Services have taken a valiant stance against the spread of the novel coronavirus dubbed COVID-19. We believe in the importance of humanitarian acts and strive to serve the community to the best of our capabilities.
In this spirit, Axis Inspection Contracting JSC. and Khidmah Industrial Services, spearheaded by CEO Mr. Motlaq Al Mutairi have taken an initiative to donate one million liters of water and disinfectant to Khobar and 1,150,000 liters to Dammam to wash and disinfect the city streets.

According to experts, frequent hand washing and sanitizing is currently the best measure to undertake to curb the spread of COVID-19. Furthermore, it is important to frequently clean commonly touched surfaces to get rid of the virus, which can last on surfaces for long periods of time.
The New England Journal of Medicine just published a study that tested how long the virus can remain stable on different kinds of surfaces within a controlled laboratory setting. They found that it was still detectable on copper for up to four hours, on cardboard for up to 24 hours, and on plastic and steel for up to 72 hours.
